Big Guy Beginner Surfing Advice

Heavier surfers or people that require bigguyboards for other reasons, are often given the wrong advice when they are learning to surf. Personally, I was on the wrong equipment for a long time while i was learning. Transitioning to shorter boards was even more of a challenge, as I was given shortboards that were way to small for me. I should have been directed to high volume shortboards.

I have put this video together, to help anyone that may be in the same position that i was in as a beginner. 

Since posting this video, we have been developing the Cre8tion Baboon surfboard. With 59 litres of volume, for us this is the ultimate beginner / intermediate surfboard.
